As editorial lead of a team of six, I carried a podcast about the hidden jobs of Belgian music.

Behind many Belgian hits there are people you never see: the sound engineer, the manager, the booker, the stage manager. made in b. gives them a voice, one job per episode, to tell Belgian music differently and reveal jobs that people rarely know exist.
We made only one episode, the first, with Cédric Van Rijckevorsel, a sound engineer, but we crafted it as the pilot episode we would show to a producer.
As editorial lead, I built the schedule and set the deadlines. I studied the market and its competitors so we would not produce a copy, assessed the production risks and defined how we would make the podcast. I carried my vision to the team so everyone shared the same identity, approved the work and coordinated every role, helping wherever needed.
I also handled post-production and publication, which showed me the technical side of putting a podcast online.
